- How long will shipping take?
Please allow 24-38 hours for processing. Typically, our items take between 5-7 days to ship to most locations in the continental U.S and U.S. territories.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available. Any customs related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Do you accept returns/refunds?
We are currently unable to accept returns. However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to resolve it for you!
If your receive your piece(s) and they are a different color/size/style than you thought they would be, then yes, pieces can be exchanged if they are UNWORN and we receive a notice within 3 business days of the delivery date. Once your item(s) have been received and inspected, a store credit for the price of the item(s) (ONLY, not the shipping) will be issued.
- Do you take custom orders?
Unfortunately no. At this time the only items available in this store are listed in our online collections.
- I found an item I love but I can't purchase it right now, can you hold it for me?
We are unable to reserve online items for customers due how quickly items are purchased. However, if an item you love is sold out please contact us and let us know so that we can restock it sooner.
All of our earrings are made with resin which is a lightweight material similar to acrylic. They are light-wear and can suitable to wear with common problems such as stretched earlobes.
- Are your models wearing the same earrings I'll be purchasing?
This is possible, however all earring studs/hooks are completely replaced after any marketing shoots and the earrings themselves are sanitized before being stocked. We would never sell an item including a stud or hook that has been previously worn.
